«Into the dirt» is a soil we can listen to, sit or lie down on. It tells us what it has just experienced or witnessed. You are invited to approach this ground in your own way: you can walk around on it, sit or lie down. You can listen to the hustle and bustle in, on and around it - just as you like.

Soil is everything: everything comes from it, moves on it and ultimately goes back into it. We owe it our livelihood, and yet, depending on the situation, we call it a bothersome dirt. How can one and the same thing have such opposite meanings?
